US Open Tennis 2016 Men’s Semifinal: TV Schedule, Start Time, Live Stream

The men’s side of the 2016 U.S. Open has opened up nicely for No. 1 seed Novak Djokovic.
He headlines the remaining four-man field entering Friday’s semifinals in a tournament that no longer features Rafael Nadal or Andy Murray. No. 4 Nadal lost to Lucas Pouille in the fourth round, while No. 2 Murray dropped his quarterfinals showdown with Kei Nishikori. What’s more, Roger Federer didn’t even enter the tournament because of injury.
Djokovic will square off with Gael Monfils in one semifinal, and Stan Wawrinka will face Nishikori in the other. Here is a look at the semifinals schedule and a prediction for each match.

Predictions
No. 1 Novak Djokovic vs. No. 10 Gael Monfils
All indications point toward a Djokovic victory in the semifinals.
For one, he should be comfortable on this stage considering he has 12 major championships in his career. One of those titles came at last year’s U.S. Open when he defeated Federer in the finals. He also won the French and Australian Opens this year and is looking for a third Grand Slam championship in 2016.

Djokovic has also dominated Monfils in his career. According to the ATP World Tour’s website, the Serbian star holds a perfect 12-0 record against Monfils in his career, which should provide a bolster of confidence.
