Correa slated for shoulder exam, out till Friday

A shoulder strain is expected to keep Carlos Correa out of Houston’s lineup for at least a few days. The Astros shortstop was sent back to Houston on Wednesday to have team doctors inspect the continuing inflammation in his left shoulder.
Astros manager A.J. Hinch said Correa aggravated his left shoulder while attempting to make diving plays in Monday’s 6-2 win over Cleveland. Correa went 1-for-3 in Monday’s series opener and 1-for-4 in Houston’s 4-3 win Tuesday. He flew to Houston before …
