First Slam semi-final for Pliskova

Karolina Pliskova reached her first Grand Slam semi-final as she swept past Croatian teenager Ana Konjuh 6-2 6-2 in just 57 minutes.
Pliskova won the opening four games of the match, as well as the last five, en route to a comprehensive victory.
The No 10 seed from the Czech Republic has fired more aces this season than any other player on the WTA Tour and she opened the match with a bang.
