Jahri Evans to Saints: Latest Contract Details, Comments, Reaction

Guard Jahri Evans’ tenure with the New Orleans Saints appeared to be over when the team released him in February, but he rejoined the organization Wednesday on a one-year contract.
Ian Rapoport of NFL Network first reported the deal, and Adam Caplan of ESPN confirmed the contract length.
The 33-year-old Evans was a fourth-round pick out of Bloomsburg by the Saints in 2006, and he quickly developed into one of the best and most consistent guards in football.
Evans was named to the Pro Bowl every year from 2009 to 2014, and he was also a First-Team All-Pro selection in four of those seasons.
