Adam Milne likely to miss ODIs in India, says New Zealand selector

New Zealand quick Adam Milne is unlikely to make it to the squad for the ODIs in India next month, having yet to fully recover from an elbow surgery, according to national selector Gavin Larsen.
Milner last played competitive cricket in April. He sustained a grade two hamstring tear in his right leg during the IPL in May, and was subsequently ruled out of his county stint with Essex as he required surgery on his elbow. He has been named to play in three 50-over matches between a New Zealand XI and an Emerging Players XI in Lincoln next week, but is set to only play as a batsman.
