As David Luiz makes a sensational return to Chelsea, Jamie Redknapp discusses Deadline Day’s talking points.
The Sky Sports pundit also reveals the Premier League club which has done the best business this summer, and picks the stand-out signing of the window.

Jack Wilshere – Arsenal to Bournemouth
Jamie says: “Bournemouth will be great for him, my former club, to go and work with Eddie Howe and get his career going again.
“He’s completed 90 minutes once since 2014/15 and that isn’t good enough, so he has to go and enjoy football and put himself under pressure again.
“If this move has been instigated from him, then fair play. He got in a comfort zone, playing cameo roles at Arsenal, but he’s better than that, and has to get his career going again.
“If you’re Bournemouth, Wilshere is a game-changer. When on form, there’s not many who can do what he can do when he strides from midfield, but he has to get his confidence back.
“He’s exactly what they need, it’s not been the start they wanted, but he’d add so much to their midfield.”
