Derrick Rose Sexual Assault Accuser’s Court Papers Say He Is ‘Victim Blaming’

Court papers for a woman identified as Jane Doe who is suing New York Knicks point guard Derrick Rose and two others for alleged rape “is blasting him for ‘victim blaming’ by calling her the ‘sexual aggressor,'” per Dareh Gregorian of the New York Daily News.

Gregorian noted the suit—which is for $21 million in California Federal Court—states Rose and the others drugged and raped her in August 2013. The court papers also say that Rose was the one who “asked her to bring sex toys and repeatedly pestered her for threesomes and foursomes,” per Gregorian.
