Chelsea bid 30m for Luiz

David Luiz could be set for a stunning return to Chelsea with the Premier League club offering £30m plus add-ons to PSG, according to Sky sources.
The Brazilian left Stamford Bridge for France two years ago in a £50m deal.
But with just a day to go until Transfer Deadline Day, Sky Sports News HQ understands discussions are ongoing with Luiz reportedly keen on a return to west London.
