Dancer strikes again at Epsom

A review of Tuesday afternoon’s meeting at Epsom as Nouvelli Dancer won again for Ivan Furtado.
Ivan Furtado enjoyed a winner from his first runner at Epsom when Nouvelli Dancer took her tally for the year to five with victory in the JRA Handicap.
The second leg of a double for Silvestre de Sousa, the three-year-old filly made all the running and was a willing partner as the 11-4 favourite held Dyllan by three-quarters of a length.
“It’s a great feeling to have a winner on a track like Epsom. It’s unbelievable really,” said Furtado, who is in his second season with a licence.
“She’s won five races this year and she has only been out of the frame once and that was at Doncaster when she had an excuse. She hurt her back.
“She’s a special filly. She was rated 42 at the beginning of the season and she’ll probably go over 80 now.
“She will have a little break now and then will probably go for a Listed race on the all-weather at Lingfield. I think she has …
