Bellator 160 salaries: Ben Henderson leads the way

When Ben Henderson signed with Bellator, it was easy to conclude that he was going to get paid a lot more than he was making in the UFC. Based on the disclosed salaries for Bellator 160 though (which were released by the California State Athletic Commission), that doesn’t appear to be the case. He is making more, but it’s not out of this world or anything.
Henderson, a former WEC and UFC lightweight champion, made 75k with no win bonus for his victory over Patricio Freire. Freire, who broke his fibula in the second round and was forced to bow out of the fight, earned 50k for the night.
