The players listed below are in position to provide difference-making stats for DraftKings participants on Tuesday.
Matt Carpenter: Eligible at second base and third base in DraftKings contests, Carpenter could enter DraftKings lineups in multiple ways when he brings his lifetime .874 OPS against right-handers (.778 vs. lefties) into a matchup at hitter-friendly Miller Park against righty Wily Peralta (career 4.29 ERA, 1.44 WHIP).
Brandon Moss: With a lifetime .235 ISO against right-handers in comparison to a .157 mark vs. lefties, the first baseman will be in prime position to hit his 26th homer of the season against the right-handed Peralta (5.87 ERA, 1.73 WHIP in 2016) and a Brewers bullpen that lacks reliable options after trading Jeremy Jeffress and Will Smith in late July.
Randal Grichuk: Hitting .315 with six homers across 54 at-bats since Aug. 11, the outfielder will bring a hot bat and a lifetime .830 OPS against right-handers (.752 vs. lefties) into a matchup with the right-handed Peralta (5.36 FIP in 2016) and an unsettled Brewers bullpen. Also of note: Grichuk will attempt to put balls into play against a Milwaukee squad that ranks 24th in baseball with a .681 defensive efficiency ratio.
Mike Napoli: With 29 homers and 88 RBIs across 456 at-bats, the first baseman has been one of the most powerful players in baseball this season. Napoli could put a ball into the outfield seats when he brings his lifetime 144 wRC+ against left-handers (116 vs. righties) into a matchup against southpaw Andrew Albers (career 4.06 ERA) and a Twins bullpen that ranks 25th in baseball with a 4.44 ERA.
Brandon Guyer: The outfielder could reach base often and score multiple runs when he brings his lifetime .859 OPS against left-handers (.642 vs. righties) into a matchup with the left-handed Albers (career 4.35 FIP) and a Twins squad that ranks last in baseball with a .664 defensive efficiency ratio.
Carlos Santana: With 27 homers across 468 at-bats, Santana is on pace for the most powerful season of his career. The …
